Diet needs an extreme makeover?
my diet needs a serious makeover, as I feel it is just not giving me enough energy to get through the day. Basically I have a 4 egg omelette and 2 servings of oatmeal for breakfast, 2 sunflower oil snack bars as a snack a couple hours later, a naked fruit smoothie and cookies and cream hersheys milkshake for lunch (im at college for lunch so I cant really prepare anything) and a serving of chicken and 2 servings of quinoa for dinner. I also work out at least 30 minutes a day, every day, alternating cardio and weight training. What can I do to improve this diet? I feel like im not getting enough fat, the only fat i eat is the eggs in the morning and the serving of chicken at night, which is like 20 grams of fat at most. I also take a multivitamin. What could this diet be lacking?
