If you feel like you should be eating more, you probably should be!! You know yourself the best, and honestly, that is NOTHING. You should be eating a lotttt more. It looks like you're on an extreme diet, and those are never good for you. Seriously. Whatever muscle you're trying to build or fat you're trying to lose, eating that amount of food will absolutely do more harm than good. Eat more. You're 15, depending on how much you work out, you should be eating 2,000 calories a day.
