Will This Diet Be Effective In Losing Weight?

You get fat if you consume more calories than you use. If you simply cut down your intake and up your output of energy you will lose weight. Be careful of things like fat-free yogs as they can still be loaded with sugar - and avoid fruit juices. You can fill up on green veg - which you should be having. The best way is to reduce calories from carbohydrates, and avoid all processed food which are loaded with HFCS, salt and other preservatives.
