All the meals look OK as long as you enjoy them. A diet where you just eat what you think will help you lose weight but hate what you're eating is doomed to fail because you won't keep it up for life. To lose weight and keep it off you need to make lifestyle changes you can stick with. Cut back on your portions a bit, learn to make healthier versions of food you love and become more active. Losing weight and keeping it off for life is very doable!
