What's healthier for breakfast, scrambled eggs or an egg white omelette?

Egg whites because, its the yolk, the yellow part of the egg that is full of fat and bad stuff, the egg white is pretty much no-cal, no-fat so egg whites are always better than egg white or whole eggs, obviously. The toppings can either make your omelet healthier or less-healthy, depends on what you add.
