Is this healthy and will it help me get a flat stomach?

Well im not fat at all, im 1.80 metres tall and about 70-75 kilograms, but i want to get a flat stomach. I have been doing cardio exercises every other day and resting for the next day to burn afterburn calories also for lunch all i have been eating is a 3 egg white omelette's with no butter or anything added just vegetable oil in a pan with 3 egg whites and a nice big salad, i only eat cereal bars for snacks and whenever i feel hungry i just pick up a banana, blueberries or ANY OTHER FRUIT OR HEALTHY PRODUCT I CAN FIND IN MY HOUSE LOOL!! im 16 and im trying to get a flat stomach for my holiday is this life style plan good and can i achieve my goal by the end of july, tommorow im also gonna do a 1 hour jog down my park, please answers guys????!!!!???
