I swear by VCF, which are vaginal contraceptive films that once inserted, dissolve leaving the spermicide nonoxynol-9. Just put one in at least fifteen minutes before show time and you're golden. I have never had a pregnancy scare while using them as directed. I quit taking orthotricyclen after becoming pregnant, and I was religiously attentive to taking it at the same time daily.
