How do you make an EGG WHITE omelette?

Well first : you separate the white from the yolk by gently tapping the middle of the egg on the edge of a cup, split the shell in two part and keep the yolk in one of them and let the white fall of by switching the yolk back and forth to each shell, Ounce all the white are in your cup take a fork and beat them up to brake them. In a non stick pan on your stove put a touch of olive oil add whatever diced ingredient you prefer ( mushrooms, onion, Ham etc.) Let them warm-up for add salt and pepper incorporate your egg white and stir with a wooden spoon until they reach the proper consistency for an omelet.Flip-it and there you go serve it with fresh cut fruits or a small salad
