What other wonderful fillings exist for an omelette that I might use?

Bacon or sausage, diced potatoes, and try some jalapenos. Omelette's are really good with jalapenos in them. Making me hungry now, maybe I'll have to fix one when I get off work. Omelette's with english muffins and orange juice are really good.
