Info. I'm 19...6"1...225lbs (I lost 55lbs since Jan. 1st :)) For breakfast i eat 3 eggs and a whole potato (best omelette ever!!). For lunch and dinner I eat a turkey sandwich on whole wheat...Am I eating enough? A lot of people say you should eat after a workout but I don't feel hungry so I just don't eat..and I just feel like I exercised for nothing if I do eat..is it really bad to not eat after a workout? (my workout: two and a half miles going 7.0 incline at a 2.7speed)
