How was my eating? can you estimate caloric intake?
I am 24, female. Im 5 6, 150 pounds, looking to lose weight obviously. For breakfast I had an egg white omelette with spinach and mushrooms and a side of cottage cheese and a cup of skim milk. For snack I had 5 strawberries and a handfull of blueberries. For lunch I had a big salad with tomatoes and onions, a couple spoons of tuna, italian dressing, and a mango. For snack I had an Activia yogurt and a banana. For dinner I had a Healthy Choice pizza and a half of a sweet potato. I also had 1/2 cup black coffee and 9 glasses of water. Is this good overall? Can you estimate my calorie intake?
