Eating to gain muscle..........?

You have to make sure your body is getting enough nutrition if you want to develop muscle. If you aren't your body eats your muscle for energy so your vital organs won't fail. If you are exercising don't eat less than 2000 calories. However, most recovering from anorexia are put on meal plans of 3000-4000 calories daily by their doctor and nutritionist. You also need a lot more protein.
