Do do you like your eggs in the morning?

I'm running a chicken raising and chicken and egg recipe website and was just wondering if anyone had a preference to how they like their eggs to be cooked? For instance, I love omelettes but I like mine crispy whereas the French like their what I would consider to be undercooked. Your thoughts would be very welcome thanks.
