Can I bake my omelette recipe at 350 instead of 325?

I am making a baked omelette that is supposed to cook at 325. Problem is that I have to bake my soufflee at the same time and the oven must be at 350 for that dish. I don't have a dual oven and it both dishes have to finish right before serving. Can I just adjust the cook time on my omelette dish to accommodate the increase in oven temp?
